History of Company
Rich in the tradition of Fordham University, RAM Abstract Ltd.. was founded in 1994.
At that time the company was named after the founder’s Alma Mater, “THE FORDHAM RAMS”.
About RAM Abstract Ltd
- Authorized agent for Fidelity National Title Insurance Company, First American Title Insurance Company and Chicago Title Insurance Company.
- Experienced in Residential and Commercial transactions, including but not limited to: Subdivisions, Purchases, Refinances, Reverse Mortgages, Foreclosures and Short Sales.
- Ability to provide accommodation searches including but not limited to: COOP searches, Attorney Searches, Foreclosure Guaranty Certificates, Municipal Searches.
- Preparation and Recording Services available for required zoning certifications, ie. Exhibit I, Exhibit II, Exhibit III, Exhibit IV and Exhibit V.
- Errors and Omissions Policy – Available Upon Request.
- Letters of underwriter authorization – Available Upon Request.
